Business Model

  • International Service Group enters into a sales contract based on the requirements of buyer and simultaneously enters into a purchase contract with supplier for the purchase of goods.
  • International Service Group instructs the supplier to ship the goods directly to the buyer to the location of the buyers choosing.
  • Both contracts are entered into on the same time to avoid any price fluctuation risks.`
  • Quotation Period
    The supplier may price International Service Group prior to shipment or supplier will price after the release i.e. International Service Group makes Provisional Payment (85-90%) to Supplier and provide 30 days Quotation Period (QP).International Service Group takes a short position to hedge using a Future Contract.
  • Similarly, the buyer may choose to price prior to the release of the goods or choose to price after the release and use 30 days QP. In cases where buyers uses QP, International Service Group asks 105-110% Provisional Payment. Final payment is settled with the Buyer upon completion of the pricing, hedge is closed accordingly.

Metal Distribution
International Service Group purchase goods from it suppliers based on the expected demand .
The goods are then sold using the following options:
1) High Seas- International Service Group will sell the good to the buyers while the goods are still in transit to its destination port.
2) Warehouse – The company may store the goods at a warehouse for a short period of time and then sold to buyers whenever there is a demand for the goods.

International Service Group enter into a sales contact with its supplier for the purchase of raw material and directs the delivery of the raw material to a metal producer who processes the raw and conversion of finished goods as per International Service Group specification.

The finished goods are received back from the metal producer and then eventually sells the finished good to final customer.
